The Fairview community recently lost the arena that was located at 8038 Fairmount Dr. SE. The City of Calgary has committed to working with the community of Fairview to provide engagement that will guide opportunities for this site and throughout their community.

This process was be focused towards short -and medium- term goals for activation, with a view to future opportunities at the site and within Fairview.

Please note, there is currently no City funding budgeted for development. Ideas gathered through this process will be retained by The City and provided to the Fairview Community Association should future opportunity for funding partnerships or community action be identified.
