Councillor Carra was a guest on Alberta@Noon today. Alongside Edmonton City Councillor Erin Rutherford, the discussion focused on transit safety in Calgary and Edmonton, and the city’s approach to addressing social disorder within the transit system while caring for our unhoused population as we transition back to higher ridership.
